Dan Halladay to be honored as State’s Top Official
Dan Halladay of Lafayette is the recipient of the 2009
Interscholastic Athletic Official Association Award for A Special Thanks From The IHSAA

Halladay has completed 20 years of officiating in the Ben Davis Hamilton Southeastern

moving to Indiana.
Dan attended Western Michigan University where he
earned a B.A. in Secondary Education; he went on to Indiana
State University where he completed an M.A. in Secondary
Education. He has been a teacher and coach at Southeast

Halladay has been married to his wife Karen for 26 years.
They have three children, Brian, Matt and Suzanne.
