Central Indiana VYPE Foundation
MISSION
The Central Indiana VYPE Foundation has been formed as a Not-for-Profit organization that
will accept financial contributions made for the purposes of ensuring the financial health and
We get you back in the game. continued visibility of high school athletics in Central Indiana. The Foundation will exist to serve
three main purposes.
Whatever your game may be.
Provide funding for Central Indiana High School Athletic Departments
88 high school athletic departments in 9 Central Indiana counties will receive a large proportion
of the donations (split according to school enrollment) made by local businesses and professional
athletes to the Central Indiana VYPE Foundation. Current or former professional athletes will also
have a portion of their Foundation contributions assigned directly to their designated high school’s
athletic endeavors. Once annually, the school board for each high school will receive a check from
the Foundation and be tasked to determine the use of the donation.

Provide funding for high school athletic coverage by VYPE Magazine –
Central Indiana
An important component of the Central Indiana VYPE Foundation is to ensure the continued
coverage of high school athletics by VYPE Magazine in Central Indiana. Professional athletes will
have a portion of their contribution passed on to VYPE in return for a scholarship-advertisement
that will be featured in the magazine. The athlete will be able to showcase in VYPE their own
foundations, camps, products, and/or sponsor an athlete of the month from their former school.
Local businesses that are sponsors of VYPE Magazine will be incented to participate in the
Central Indiana VYPE Foundation. All sponsors of VYPE will be eligible to re-direct 25% of their
advertising costs directly to the Foundation via a tax free donation (501c3).

Proud to serve as official team physicians of the A portion of the donations made by local businesses and professional athletes will be used for an
Indiana High School Athletic Association State Championships annual awards banquet that will be hosted by VYPE and will honor local high school athletes. In
addition, VYPE will honor the local college athlete of the year and the local professional athlete
of the year. The banquet will be attended by local businesses and professional athletes who have
contributed to the Central Indiana VYPE Foundation.
