2018–19: The Year in Review
Four New Schools
Not only did the board realign Indiana high
schools for tournament competition in
2018-19 (based on both enrollment numbers
and the tournament success factor), it also
approved four new schools for membership.
They are Dugger Union High School in
Dugger, Evansville Christian School, Illiana
Christian High School in Dyer and Riverside
High School in Indianapolis.
Two New Websites
To keep pace with an ever-changing world,
the IHSAA’s technology and communications
capabilities continue to evolve as well. To
that end, two new websites were launched in
2018-19, myIHSAA.net and IHSAAtv.org, and
the Association’s technology infrastructure
continued to be upgraded, offering member-
schools more support and greater efficiency.
In addition, the first annual IHSAA Unified
Flag Football tournament was held in
October (please see page 36 for details).
IHSAAtv.org was redesigned and
launched at the beginning of the
2018-19 school year. In addition
to covering 21 state tournament
events and pairing shows, the
IHSAA Champions Network,
presented by Indiana Farm Bureau
Insurance, aggregates streaming
content from around the state.
The new website also allows users
to watch replays of past games
and events at their convenience.
