IHSAA REVIEW COMMITTEE AND THE CASE REVIEW PANEL

An affected party who disagrees with a decision by the IHSAA may seek review by
the Review Committee, which comprises at least three (3) members of the IHSAA
Executive Committee. The IHSAA has an established Case Review Panel (CRP)
to conduct reviews when a student’s parent and/or guardian disagrees with a final
decision of the IHSAA.

The Case Review Panel (CRP) consists 1 OF EDUCATION
of nine (9) members. Including the
Indiana Secretary of Education (or the PARENTS OF CURRENT
Secretary’s designee), the CRP includes 4 HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
